Bonding with Dad . . .

This is how we do it after dad's worked one of his 24+ hour shifts . . .

Couch to 5K.

That my body can run.

The feeling after a really good work out.

Warm days in Florida and North Carolina.

The beach.

"Pretty lips"

Sight and sound

Krispy Kreme melting in my mouth.

Fiber.

Colors.

Cereal.

Christmas trees.

The ability to learn and adapt.

Gentle breezes.

Humidity that makes my skin feel amazing.

Art and the people who create it.

Date nights, however few and far between.

A hardworking husband.

My cuddly girls who I am lucky enough to mother.

Getting real letters in the mail.

Invitations.

Wonderful friends.

Sleep.

Safety.

That I can visit my family in less than a month!

cell phones that make the world a smaller place.

health.

that our basement has not flooded.

for people who return phone calls and emails promptly.

that I am tall.

that I can exercise again.

A kind neighbor that makes me things.

Low maintenance hair.

Cadbury Eggs. . . .and more chocolate.

Enough food.

Friends.

the YMCA. :)

how happy exercise makes me feel.

short snippets of hello to tell someone you care.

my family.

a peek of sunshine today.

anger, so I can learn how to control it.

a love of books and learning.

the sparkle in my daughters' eyes as we have a tickle fight or when I really, truly pay attention to them.
