Homemade Buckeyes!

Well, hello again, gentle reader.

In celebration of the Buckeyes being ranked #1 AND the upcoming Christmas season, I decided to make Buckeyes to give our friends and neighbors. Soooo . . . if you're one of them, then you're in luck!!!
Mmmmm . . .
The only PROBLEM is that I "slightly" misinterpreted the ingredients. The recipe calls for 1/4 bar of paraffin wax. Yes, WAX. To help them keep their shape, etc. Of course, I made 75, so that isn't very much wax per Buckeye. Actually, wax is in a lot of chocolate. Not the good Swiss chocolate that I love the best, but still. . .
Anyhow, I accidentally put in 1 WHOLE bar of wax. Oopss! The wax comes in 4 bars per package and I thought it was 1/4 a package. EEEeeeeCK!

So, there is little chocolate, and ALOT of wax. Sorry.

Welcome to the World of Blogging

Well, you thought I'd never join, eh?

But, I have succumbed to this addiction--starting with my early morning musings a few days ago about what I would or would not say if I had a blog. I must say, that writing through an electronic machine creates a sort of FREEDOM that BECKONS me to have less censorship on my thoughts and words.

So, in advance, I apologize for any shocking things you may see or hear on this blog.
Not that I could really be that shocking . . . right? We shall see.
